George and his team finished our basement. They were highly organized, communicated very well with my husband and me, and did a beautiful job! Our boys are thrilled. I can’t say enough about George’s clear communication and organization. He stayed on top of every minor change so that we always knew exactly where we stood. And, his crew is great! I would go back to Metro in a heartbeat.

We hired Metro for a gut renovation on our 1925 house in DC and were thrilled with the results. They did an amazing job of planning and executing our vision and we have recommended them to several of our friends doing renovations. We were particularly impressed with how quickly they were able to complete the project once the work started. The on-site team was excellent at communicating issues when the arose and very responsive and flexible to our requests. While we hope we don’t have to take on the project of this scope again, we will definitely use Metro again if we do!

We were so pleased with our entire experience with Metro! They completed a basement finishing project for us, to include a room with closet and a full bathroom, all in less than a month but still with attention to detail. Metro completed a major renovation of our basement over the winter and did a great job. Metro finished the basement in our new house. We were extremely pleased with the whole experience, including the final product. The design staff assisted us in choosing paint colors and other design decisions- We love the dark trim that was suggested!! Metro remodeled our kitchen, added a four season room and built our deck with a place for the hot tub. They were EXTREMELY efficient and ensured there was minimal impact on our daily living. The team communicated with us throughout the process which other contractors had not done. Years later, I can reach out and ask questions and receive the advice I need within a day or two. Metro is THE BEST you will find. The quality, management team and the pricing for our project was fantastic. They are the FIRST AND ONLY call we will make when our next project comes along. I think we were like most homeowners when looking to invest in an addition to their home, where you have some ideas of what you want, but don’t quite have the “design eye” that will pull it all together. Fortunately, MBRG has designers on staff that helped provide some very impressive examples of what could be possible with our space and budget, and were able to showcase that in a design video that really blew us away. We are getting great use out of our grill station and fire pit (with TV), and have had numerous compliments from guests. I would strongly recommend engaging with George and the Metro team for any indoor/outdoor project needs, be it for decks, patios, basements, etc. They continue to deliver outstanding work in our neighborhood, and around the Metro area.
