Metro finished the basement in our new house. We were extremely pleased with the whole experience, including the final product. The design staff assisted us in choosing paint colors and other design decisions- We love the dark trim that was suggested!! Management thoroughly communicated each step of the process including keeping us up to date on where we fell within our budget. There were no surprises at the end! We hired Metro for a gut renovation on our 1925 house in DC and were thrilled with the results. We were promised that they would be able to totally redo our kitchen in just 4-weeks, in time for us to host Thanksgiving dinner, and they delivered on that promise!!! Metro completed a major renovation of our basement over the winter and did a great job. From the first contact we had with Matt, our minds were at ease. We understood everything up front; there were no hidden costs. We got a schedule with a timeline for each part of the work and off we went. The communication with our lead carpenter, Chad, and each trade made all the difference.
