We hired Metro for a gut renovation on our 1925 house in DC and were thrilled with the results. They did an amazing job of planning and executing our vision and we have recommended them to several of our friends doing renovations. I think we were like most homeowners when looking to invest in an addition to their home, where you have some ideas of what you want, but don’t quite have the “design eye” that will pull it all together. From the first contact we had with Matt, our minds were at ease. We understood everything up front; there were no hidden costs. We got a schedule with a timeline for each part of the work and off we went. The communication with our lead carpenter, Chad, and each trade made all the difference.
