George
Kall
FOUNDER
George Kall is the founder behind Metro Design Build Group, bringing over two decades of hands-on construction experience and operational leadership to every project. A graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in finance and management, George began his career overseeing the construction of more than 150 homes annually for a major builder – seven to eight times the industry standard. That formative experience shaped his belief that efficiency and excellence shouldn’t be mutually exclusive, and laid the groundwork for the client-first, systems-driven approach that defines Metro today.
With roots in Pennsylvania and a deep love for family, George approaches his work with the same values that guide his personal life: integrity, accountability, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Whether he’s reviewing design plans or playing catch in the driveway with one of his four kids, George brings focus, care, and reliability to every role he plays. His goal has always been to build not just beautiful homes, but long term relationships grounded in trust and quality.
