Shannon has been the Office Manager at Metro Design Build Group since 2015, bringing over a decade of dedication and leadership to the team. Growing up with a father in the construction industry, she developed an early appreciation for the field and a strong foundation in the business from a young age.

A self-proclaimed organization enthusiast with a passion for design, Shannon thrives on creating efficient systems and beautiful, well-ordered spaces—both in the office and at home. When she’s not keeping operations running smoothly, she enjoys staying active, traveling with her family and cheering on her teenage daughter at club volleyball tournaments.

Her attention to detail, love of organization, and lifelong connection to construction make her an invaluable part of the Metro Design Build Group team.
