Matt Burton brings more than 22 years of experience in the construction industry and a well-rounded background in sales, management, and production management. He began his career in new construction and later transitioned into the restoration industry, where he played a key role in helping a small company build and grow its reconstruction division. That experience gave him a strong foundation in both operational leadership and delivering high-quality results for homeowners.

As General Manager at MDBG, Matt leverages his industry knowledge and leadership experience to help guide projects, support the team, and ensure clients receive exceptional service from start to finish. His diverse background allows him to understand every phase of the process—from the initial client relationship to the final details of project completion.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and watching his sons play lacrosse. He’s also an avid golfer and enjoys mountain biking whenever he can. Matt and his wife also share their home with their two dogs, and much of their freetime is spent outdoors and active with family.
