We hired MBRG to build out a full basement bathroom in our 1 year old home. George provided a thorough estimate which he delivered to us in the timeframe promised. The estimate was precise and accurate. George provided recommendations for where to select our materials and was extremely helpful throughout the selection process. During construction, George provided regular updates via phone and email, and was regularly on-site to check progress. His team was polite and very respectful of our home. The work was completed in a timely fashion, the work area was cleaned up very well each day, and the bathroom looks great. We are so pleased with the job that Metro completed for us.

We were so pleased with our entire experience with Metro! They completed a basement finishing project for us, to include a room with closet and a full bathroom, all in less than a month but still with attention to detail. Metro finished the basement in our new house. We were extremely pleased with the whole experience, including the final product. The design staff assisted us in choosing paint colors and other design decisions- We love the dark trim that was suggested!! Management thoroughly communicated each step of the process including keeping us up to date on where we fell within our budget. There were no surprises at the end! Our first remodel project with MBRG was a major kitchen renovation. Metro completed a major renovation of our basement over the winter and did a great job. From the design phase through final completion, George and his team communicated clearly with us the entire way so there were no surprises on timing, budget or what the finished space would look like. They even finished the renovations ahead of schedule! We would recommend them to anyone and will certainly call them again if we ever decide to take on another project like this in the future.

This is an absolutely amazing contractor. We were promised that they would be able to totally redo our kitchen in just 4-weeks, in time for us to host Thanksgiving dinner, and they delivered on that promise!!! The workmanship was exceptional and everyone we dealt with was first rate. These people really care about giving you the best possible product and take great pride in what they are doing. They are really pleasant, professional people, very helpful and patient, and very respectful to the homeowner’s needs. We would recommend them most highly!!

We hired Metro for a gut renovation on our 1925 house in DC and were thrilled with the results. They did an amazing job of planning and executing our vision and we have recommended them to several of our friends doing renovations. We were particularly impressed with how quickly they were able to complete the project once the work started. The on-site team was excellent at communicating issues when the arose and very responsive and flexible to our requests. While we hope we don’t have to take on the project of this scope again, we will definitely use Metro again if we do!
