I had been thinking about getting some work done, and when an acquaintance talked about how happy he was with a major remodelling job by Metro, I contacted them. A detailed, clearly presented contract was drawn up at the start, and it was modified as appropriate as the job went forward. Communication was always clear and prompt. George is pleasant, professional, knowledgable, and straightforward – no BS. The workmanship and final products are all outstanding. I was told the job would take 4 weeks and the job took 4 weeks – that is a first. I plan to call Metro in the fall for new floors.
