McLean Bungalow

We completely transformed this outdated 1970s home in one of McLean’s most exclusive neighborhoods into a stunning modern residence ideal for today’s lifestyle. The heart of the project was opening up the kitchen by removing a load-bearing wall and replacing it with a steel beam supported by new concrete footings—allowing for an expansive, uninterrupted view of the lush backyard through a wall of sliding glass doors.

The kitchen was outfitted with professional-grade paneled appliances and centered around a large custom island—perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. The entire home was thoughtfully remodeled, including the luxurious primary suite with custom closets and a fully reimagined master bathroom. Three additional bathrooms and two powder rooms were updated with clean, contemporary finishes.

Throughout the home, we installed new hardwood flooring and added all-new interior doors and trim to elevate the overall look and feel. The result is a cohesive, sophisticated home that seamlessly blends classic charm with modern functionality—tailor-made for entertaining and everyday living.
