Chad Smith brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry and a passion for hands-on work that improves people’s homes and everyday lives. He originally entered the field because he enjoyed working with his hands and preferred the freedom of being out in the field rather than behind a desk. Over the years, that passion has grown into a deep appreciation for the impact construction can have—helping transform homes and knowing he played a role in making them better for the people who live in them.

Chad has worked alongside George for more than a decade, first at a previous company and later joining him when George launched his own business. Their long-standing professional relationship is built on trust, shared experience, and a commitment to delivering quality results for every project.

Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time with his 17-year-old son and getting out on the water—especially fishing on the Potomac. When he’s not on a job site or on the river, he also enjoys trips to Florida and a good dose of comedy.
