I think we were like most homeowners when looking to invest in an addition to their home, where you have some ideas of what you want, but don’t quite have the “design eye” that will pull it all together. Fortunately, MBRG has designers on staff that helped provide some very impressive examples of what could be possible with our space and budget, and were able to showcase that in a design video that really blew us away. We are getting great use out of our grill station and fire pit (with TV), and have had numerous compliments from guests. I would strongly recommend engaging with George and the Metro team for any indoor/outdoor project needs, be it for decks, patios, basements, etc. They continue to deliver outstanding work in our neighborhood, and around the Metro area.”

We hired Metro for a gut renovation on our 1925 house in DC and were thrilled with the results. They did an amazing job of planning and executing our vision and we have recommended them to several of our friends doing renovations. We were particularly impressed with how quickly they were able to complete the project once the work started. The on-site team was excellent at communicating issues when the arose and very responsive and flexible to our requests. While we hope we don’t have to take on the project of this scope again, we will definitely use Metro again if we do!”

Metro finished the basement in our new house. We were extremely pleased with the whole experience, including the final product. The design staff assisted us in choosing paint colors and other design decisions- We love the dark trim that was suggested!! Management thoroughly communicated each step of the process including keeping us up to date on where we fell within our budget. There were no surprises at the end! We are looking forward to using Metro on our future projects!”

George and his team recently remodeled our basement and added a wet bar and we are so happy with how everything turned out. George was friendly, very easy to work, with and was always in communication with us. He set realistic expectations and was very thorough in the details of the process. He was always thinking a few steps ahead and had everything planned out and this made for a very smooth construction process. The crew was timely and very professional and they were a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with the final product and have enjoyed it daily!”

We were so pleased with our entire experience with Metro! They completed a basement finishing project for us, to include a room with closet and a full bathroom, all in less than a month but still with attention to detail. I really appreciated George’s flexibility and willingness to work within our budget toward still achieving a beautiful result. We saw George several times a week during the project and he responded quickly to every single question or concern we encountered, both in person and in email. The crew were pleasant, quiet, and left their workspace clean every day. I’d absolutely recommend MBRG to friends and already have a few ideas for our next projects!”

From the first contact we had with Matt, our minds were at ease. We understood everything up front; there were no hidden costs. We got a schedule with a timeline for each part of the work and off we went. The communication with our lead carpenter, Chad, and each trade made all the difference. Everyone made sure to get our input and confirmation on things like tile layout, lighting preferences, electrical box placement, just everything. I’m a stickler on things being even and level, as in I’m constantly adjusting picture frames on walls wherever I go–I have to say, everything is darn near perfect in these bathrooms. George and his team really went out of their way to make sure we were happy and we definitely are! I highly recommend this company.”

Metro remodeled our kitchen, added a four season room and built our deck with a place for the hot tub. They were EXTREMELY efficient and ensured there was minimal impact on our daily living. The team communicated with us throughout the process which other contractors had not done. Years later, I can reach out and ask questions and receive the advice I need within a day or two. Metro is THE BEST you will find. The quality, management team and the pricing for our project was fantastic. They are the FIRST AND ONLY call we will make when our next project comes along. You will not be disappointed with George and his team.”

George and his team finished our basement. They were highly organized, communicated very well with my husband and me, and did a beautiful job! Our boys are thrilled. I can’t say enough about George’s clear communication and organization. He stayed on top of every minor change so that we always knew exactly where we stood. And, his crew is great! I would go back to Metro in a heartbeat.”

Our first remodel project with MBRG was a major kitchen renovation. We were so pleased with their quality of work, their professionalism, their open communication, and their timeliness that when it was time to renovate all of our upstairs bathrooms- I knew exactly who to call! Once again, MBRG came through beautifully…from the initial consult, to the design itself, to demo and construction, they routinely exceed my expectations. I get SO many compliments on both my kitchen and bathrooms renovations! Their craftsmanship, attention to detail and the overall beauty of the the completed project is unparalleled! 10/10 Would Highly Recommend!”

I had the pleasure of working with MBRG, for a deck, patio and landscaping project on our home. I can echo the sentiments of the other clients who have reviewed MBRG, in saying the work was outstanding, and exactly the enhancements we were looking for to our home. George Kall and his team were first-class professionals, from the design phase, through the completion of the project, with continuous communication throughout, and completion of the project right on schedule, for us to host a 4th of July party! And, he personally has engaged post-project, as customer satisfaction is a real priority for him. “
